Returns

Do to the nature of our custom products, we do not accept returns of our shift calendar products.  If the calendars are incorrect, please see the replacement policy below.  We ask that you please repurpose or recycle your products if it is available in your area.

Replacement

In the event your products are incorrect and it was a printing or setup mistake caused by us.

Please contact us by email as soon as possible.  Please include the corrections that are necessary. We will replace your product as quickly as possible and at no additional cost to you.

In the event your products are incorrect and it was a setup or mistake caused by you.

Accidents happen and we completely understand the complexities of some schedules.  Please contact us as soon as possible via email so we can work out a solution.  We will often comp small replacement orders and heavily discount large replacement orders.

In the event the overall print quality of your calendars is poor.

We try to catch poor print quality before we ship your products out, however, there are times that it is missed.  Please email us with a description of the product problems.  A photo or two attached will help as well.  We will try to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

Refund

Please contact us at support@bwprintworks.com with the details and reasons for your refund request.  Refund requests are rare and we take them on a case by case basis.
